The mornings have that crisp Canberra bite again — which means one thing. It's time to open the wardrobe, face the chaos, and figure out what still fits. (Spoiler: not much.)

If your little one has outgrown their winter gear, we want it. TLCco's buy-back appraisals are open for April and May, and we're accepting all things cosy — from tiny newborn layers right through to size 5, including après wear.

What we're accepting

Sizes 000000 through to 5, all winter styles. Think puffer jackets, woollen knits, fleece, snowsuits, and yes — après ski too. If it's designed to keep small humans warm, we want to see it.

How it works

Bring in up to 50 items per visit, new or gently worn, and our team will appraise them on the spot. Accepted items earn you circular credit to spend in-store or online. It's your wardrobe working smarter — not harder.

A few things to keep in mind before you pop in: we work exclusively with quality brands, so fast fashion labels like Kmart, Shein, Target, Cotton On, H&M, Best & Less and similar won't be accepted through our buy-back program. Items need to be clean, in good condition, and free from holes, heavy pilling, or wear. We're looking for pieces the next mum will genuinely love.

What happens to items we can't accept?

Nothing goes to waste. Pieces that don't make it through appraisal are passed on to our friends at Canberra Circle of Women, who redistribute clothing to families in need locally and overseas. Every item finds its place. 🌿
