At TLCco, we believe in giving every piece a second life.
By contributing your gently worn children's clothing, shoes, bags, hats, accessories, and sealed nappies, you're not just decluttering – you're making a meaningful impact on families and the environment.

Check Our Monthly Acceptance List
Due to space limitations and overwhelming community support, we've introduced a monthly appraisal system. Each month, we accept specific sizes, brands, genders, and styles to maintain our boutique feel and manage storage effectively.

Note: Items not on the current list will be automatically donated to our charity partners, such as Canberra Circle of Women. We won't be able to return them, so please double-check the list before you visit!
Prepare Your Items
Ensure your items are in the best possible condition to receive the highest offer:
- Steam Dream: Give your clothes a spa day with a steam or iron – neat and tidy pieces always stand out!
- Spotless Wonder: Be a stain detective and eliminate any marks or peg dents.
- Knit Whisperer: De-pill those knits with a nifty gadget for a smooth, fresh look.
- Tag Houdini: Make those iron-on name tags vanish for a clean slate.
- White Wizardry: Soak your whites until they sparkle like unicorns under a full moon!
Note: As part of our appraisal process, your items will be carefully placed in a sealable plastic bag. This is to protect your items, though it may cause minor crinkling.
Submit Your Pieces
Once your items are ready bring them to our store:
- Location: Pearce Community Centre, Collett Place, Building 1, Shop 24, Pearce, ACT, 2607
- Opening Hours: Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm | Saturday: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
- Appraisal Process: Our team carefully appraises your items, and we will send an SMS to the phone number you nominated on your submission form. This will contain the detailed offer amount/s. Respond with your selection within 48 hours. and will receive your choice of CREDIT or CASH within seven days of your reply.
While we aim to complete this process as quickly as possible, please allow at least one week.

We grade every item, price transparently, and only accept gently worn, boutique-quality pieces.

Clothing that's lived a full life?
What Happens to Unsellable Items?
We're committed to zero waste. Items that don't meet our resale criteria are:
- Canberra Circle of Women for redistribution to families in need.
- Soft Darlings care boxes, supporting mums and children living in poverty overseas.
So even if your items don't make it to our shop floor, they'll still make an impact.

If you've been with us from the beginning and hold 2025 VIP Appraisals status, you can continue to bring your full capsule for appraisal, regardless of the current list. This is our way of saying thank you for being part of our first steps.
