The Heart of The Village
Samantha
Sam is the steady hand and warm heart behind Mamma Mingle and TLCco Store.
A school counsellor and mum to two (one in the stars, one on Earth), she’s the first to offer a knowing smile, a comforting word, or an emergency tissue. Her life experience and deep empathy shape how we connect with our community, and we wouldn’t be us without her.

Shop Floor MVP & Micaela’s Mum
Customer whisperer. pricing perfectionist and book procurer! The one keeping the store flowing smoothly and reminding Micaela who’s boss (with love, of course).
Anna
Nurse, Bookworm, Energy Giver
Book club facilitator, outfit-finder, and our superhero. Anna is our daily reminder that even tired mums deserve beautiful things—and someone to help them find them.
Vicki
Systems Queen & Laugh Supplier
Nurse. Neat freak. Secret spreadsheet lover. Whether she's making the shelves sparkle or cracking a joke mid-checkout, Vicki is equal parts precision and heart.

The Calm in the Capsule
The one who makes it all feel seamless, from tagging and de-pilling to heat pressing! Chloe is a gun with a gadget. Quiet, kind, and the actual sweetest human ever. Saturdays in store would be awful without her!

Market Weekend Magic-Maker
Caity, well, she’s an absolute vibe. With a background in fashion, childcare, and a brief stint as a professional fairy (yes, really), Caity brings sparkle, style, and serious people skills to every market weekend she works.
Kate
Bag Tagger & Postage Queen
Kate helps run the TLCco online store, carefully tagging, bagging, and posting your orders with love. She’s also Jane’s sister-in-crime (and in coffee), and if your parcel has a little extra flair? That's Kate.
Lexi
Director of Design
The creative brain behind our gorgeous graphics and fab photos. Lexi turns hand-me-downs into scroll-stoppers, whipping up branding magic with ease. From cute icons to capsule campaigns, she makes TLCco look as good as it feels.
Lady B
Plushie Princess
Our youngest (and sassiest) style authority. She’s been sorting, styling since before she could spell “Country Road.” With a glitter pen in one hand and a plushie in the other, Lady B helps name soft toys, pair mini outfits and keep the vibes fun and fabulous.
Penelope
Chief Joy Officer
Galloping in from a land of glitter and good times, Penelope is the heart and horn of TLCco. Specialising in spontaneous smiles, cuddles with nervous kiddos, and reminding grown-ups not to take life too seriously - the store wouldn't be the same without her!
Hugh
The Original Store Baby
Born straight into capsule life, Hugh has been snoozing under sorting tables, modelling baby knits, and winning hearts since TLCco’s earliest days. He’s our in-house quality tester (read: toy inspector and snack critic), and the reason many of our regulars know us as that store with the cute baby. Whether he’s stacking toys, stealing the label gun, or handing out high-fives, Hugh reminds us why we do what we do — for the little people, and the big stories they grow into.

A Day at TLCco
Walk in and you might be greeted by Kathy adjusting a rack of size 000 onesies, Vicki folding sleepsacks with clinical precision, or Anna helping a mum navigate nap-trapped shopping with one arm and a pram.
Sam might be prepping the couch nook for a Mamma Mingle catch-up, while someone’s toddler is making friends with the plushies. There are often snacks on the counter, a Hydramama on the go, and conversations that range from sleep regression rants to NICU flashbacks to “omg this outfit is perfect.”
And somehow, always—amidst the mess and magic—it just works.

Behind the Scenes
Out the back? That’s Micaela, surrounded by bags, appraising bundles of boutique babywear, fuelled by bubble tea, sweet treats, and Spotify. She's the head of sourcing, offers, and store prep—and if you’ve sold clothes to us, chances are she’s touched every piece.
Working from home (aka the cupboard)? That’s Jane. She’s the brain behind our campaigns, Instagram heckler-in-chief, and the one making sure our story reaches more families. She writes the emails, plots the drops, wrangles the spreadsheets—and occasionally her toddler.
There’s a lot of heart in our hustle. Some parts might not be glamorous (some are), but it’s real. It's mum-led, purpose-built, and run with a latte in one hand and a mission in the other.
