Anna
Nurse, Bookworm, Energy Giver
Mamma Mingle facilitator, outfit-finder, and our superhero. Anna is on a mission to ensure everyone finds the unicorn pieces they're after time and time again!
Vicki
Systems Queen & Laugh Supplier
Nurse. Neat freak. Secret spreadsheet lover. Whether she's making the shelves sparkle or cracking a joke mid-checkout, Vicki is equal parts precision and heart.
Kate
Bag Tagger & Postage Queen
Kate helps run the TLCco online store, carefully tagging, bagging, and posting your orders with love. She’s also Jane’s sister in RL (and in coffee), and if your parcel has a little extra flair? That's Kate. She follows her own rules and who are we to stop her!
Jade
Design Queen & Thrift Machine
Jade keeps the shop looking gorgeous, styling racks and helping little customers find their next favourite outfit. Off the clock, she's a milliner, a mum of two, and a thrifting fanatic. Spot an extra-fabulous find on the rack? That's Jade.
Caity
Market Weekend Magic-Maker
Twin mum - Caity, is an absolute vibe. With a background in fashion, childcare, and a brief stint as a professional fairy (yes, really), Caity brings sparkle, style, and serious people skills to every market weekend she works. We just love her!
Hugh
The Original Store Baby
Born straight into capsule life, Hugh has been snoozing under sorting tables, modelling baby knits, and winning hearts since TLCco’s earliest days. He’s our in-house quality tester (read: toy inspector and snack critic), and the reason many of our regulars know us as that store with the cute baby. Whether he’s stacking toys, stealing the label gun, or handing out high-fives, Hugh reminds us why we do what we do — for the little people, and the big stories they grow into.

A Day at TLCco
Walk in and you might be greeted by Kathy adjusting a rack of size 000 onesies, Vicki folding sleepsacks with clinical precision, or Anna helping a mum navigate nap-trapped shopping with one arm and a pram. Micaela will likely pop her head out from the back room for a quick chat and a baby cuddle before returning to serious appraisal business!
And somehow, always—amidst the mess and magic—it just works.

Behind the Scenes
Out the back? That’s Micaela, surrounded by bags, appraising bundles of boutique babywear, fuelled by bubble tea, sweet treats, and Spotify. She's the head of sourcing, offers, and store prep—and if you’ve sold clothes to us, chances are she’s touched every piece.
Working from home (aka the cupboard)? That’s Jane. She’s the brains behind our campaigns, Instagram heckler-in-chief, and the one making sure our story reaches more families. She writes the emails, plots the drops, wrangles the spreadsheets—all while being bossed around by her toddler.
There’s a lot of heart in our hustle. Some parts might not be glamorous (some are), but it’s real. It's mum-led, purpose-built, and run with a latte in one hand and a mission in the other.
