TLCco (The Little Capsule Co.) is a Canberra-based social enterprise that curates new and preloved children’s fashion from boutique, Instagram, and Aussie-loved labels. Every purchase helps fund maternal health research, supports mums through free Mamma Mingle groups, and keeps beautiful kidswear out of landfill.

We sell new and gently worn baby and kidswear (sizes prem–5+, with some size-inclusive options up to size 12), including clothing, shoes, sleepwear, swimwear, accessories, and nappies.

No - we’re a self-funded social enterprise. That means we operate like a business but reinvest our profits into the causes we care about.

We’re inside Pearce Community Centre, Collett Place, Pearce ACT. There’s plenty of parking and pram-friendly access!

Yes! Our racks are updated daily with freshly appraised items. What’s on the floor one day may be gone the next.

Yes! Our Buy-Back Program* lets you exchange quality, pre-loved items for store credit or cash. It’s our way of closing the loop on kids wear.

We accept clothing, shoes and accessories from boutique and popular Aussie and international brands. No fast fashion, school uniforms or damaged items, please.

We assess items based on brand, condition, size, season and style. Offers range depending on resale potential.

Generally, your offer will be between 10% and 50% of our listed retail price.

Appraisals usually take seven days. You’ll receive an offer via text message. You can accept or decline your offer by reply to this text message. If you accept the offer your payment (either store credit or cash) will be paid within seven days of your reply.

It’s our free weekly meet-up for mums—no pressure, no small talk required (unless you want to). Think warm coffee, new friends, and real chats about motherhood.

All mums are welcome, regardless of age, background, or baby stage. Whether you're currently pregnant, fresh out of NICU, chasing toddlers, or on your fourth, there's space for you here.

Yes! You can shop our monthly capsule drop from anywhere in Australia and we’ll post it straight to your door.

We drop a brand-new themed capsule on the 1st of every month at 7am AEST. It’s a fresh mix of boutique, Instagram and cult Aussie brands—carefully curated for the season.

We offer flat-rate shipping via Australia Post:

• 2 to 8 business days for orders under $150
• 1 to 4 business days for orders over $149.99
  

All orders ship from Brisbane, and we pack each one with care (and sometimes a cheeky note).

We aim to pack your order within 2–4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location and shipping method.

Due to the nature of our store (especially our gently worn, one-of-a-kind items), we do not offer returns.

If an item arrives with a major fault we’ve missed or is significantly not as described, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can review it.

To be eligible for return consideration:

• Tags must still be attached
• The item must be in the original condition it arrived in
• We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered after purchase

No—we don’t discount. Our prices are set to reflect quality, condition, and value from the start. No sales, no haggling, no greenwashing—just great gear doing great things.

We do! TLCco digital gift vouchers are sent instantly via email and are valid for 3 years.

We’re big on keeping clothes out of landfill. If an item doesn’t meet our resale standards, we donate it to trusted community partners:

• Canberra Circle of Women – supporting families experiencing hardship both in Australia and overseas
• Soft Darlings – help to cover the postage of care boxes filled with gently worn children’s clothing and medical supplies to the Philippines

We’re a social enterprise, which means a portion of our annual profits is reinvested into causes that matter:

• Supporting research into preterm birth prevention - through Borne Charity
• Keeping Mamma Mingle free for hundreds of mums in Canberra
• Creating flexible jobs for women returning to the workforce
• Reducing textile waste through conscious, circular fashion
