Terms of Service

Welcome to the Little Capsule Co.

The website http://www.thelittlecapsuleco.com.au/ (inclusive of subdomains such as https://outlet.thelittlecapsuleco.com.au) and its associated features and mobile applications (“Site”) is owned and operated by THE LITTLE CAPSULE CO. PTY LTD (ABN 51 758 106 643) (“THE LITTLE CAPSULE CO”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which incorporate our Privacy Policy and other documents referred to within these Terms, govern the supply of any products ordered by you on the Site and your use of the Site. By browsing, accessing, using the Site or ordering a product (“Order”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. We may change these Terms at any time, and the revised Terms will be made available on our Site. By continuing to use the Site you agree to be bound by such revised Terms.

Access & Use of the Site

1.1 You must only use the Site in accordance with these Terms and any applicable law.

1.2 You must not (or attempt to):
(a) interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers or networks that host the Site;
(b) use data mining, robots, screen scraping or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Site; or
(c) interfere with security-related or other features of the Site.

1.3 To access some features of the Site, such as creating wishlists, you must register an Account with us. To register for an Account, you must provide us with accurate and current personal information including your name, address, and a valid email address. You must not register more than one Account. You should not create an Account if you are under 13 years old.

1.4 To place Orders using an Account you must be at least 18 years old, and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us. If you are under 18, you may only place an Order with the involvement of a parent or guardian – we do not sell products for purchase by children.

1.5 To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account (including Orders placed using your Account), and you must keep your Account password secure. We are not responsible for any unauthorised activity on your Account, including if you fail to keep your Account login information secure. We may refer fraudulent or abusive or illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

1.6 You must not use another person’s Account without our, and/or the other person’s express permission. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or that your password is no longer secure, please contact Customer Service immediately and take immediate steps to re-secure your Account (including by changing your password).

1.7 We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times and without disruption and we provide no warranties in relation to the content of any other website linked to or from our Site.

1.8 You must not link to our Site or any part of our Site in a way that damages or takes advantage of our reputation.

1.9 If you are a stylist, blogger, or influencer, please contact hello@thelittlecapsuleco.com.au regarding collaborations or wardrobe loans.

Vouchers, Gift Cards & Store Credits

Store Credits (Circular Credit)

9A.1 Definitions
Store credit (also referred to as “circular credit”) is credit issued by THE LITTLE CAPSULE CO. PTY LTD in connection with approved credit programs, customer service outcomes, or promotional activity. Store credit is not legal tender, is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

9A.2 Where store credit can be used
Store credit may be redeemable either:

in-store at our Pearce Community Centre retail location; and/or
online at http://www.thelittlecapsuleco.com.au and associated subdomains, where enabled.

Eligibility for online redemption may vary by credit type, product type, customer account status, and technical capability.

9A.3 Online credit rule – 50% cap
Where store credit is enabled for online use, it may be used to cover up to 50% of the subtotal value of eligible circular fashion items in a single Order.

For clarity:

the 50% cap applies to the value of eligible items in the cart, not to the customer’s total credit balance; and
store credit cannot exceed 50% of the eligible circular fashion subtotal under any circumstances.

9A.4 Exclusions
Unless stated otherwise in writing, store credit cannot be applied to:

Postpartum and Parenting Essentials (For Mum);
Micro Prem range;
gift cards;
shipping, handling, and packaging costs;
sale codes, discounts, voucher or promo codes; or
any other items expressly excluded on product pages or at checkout.

These exclusions may apply both in-store and online.

9A.5 Account matching
Store credit is linked to the customer Account profile. Online redemption requires checkout using the same email address associated with the Account holding the credit.

9A.6 In-store redemption
Where store credit is issued for in-store use only, it must be redeemed in person at our Pearce Community Centre retail location.

9A.6A In-store credit rule – 75% cap (Pearce Community Centre)
From 1 February 2026, where store credit is redeemed in-store at our Pearce Community Centre retail location, it may be used to cover up to 75% of the total value of eligible circular items in a single transaction.
The remaining 25% must be paid using another accepted payment method at checkout.
This cap applies to the value of eligible items in the transaction, not to the customer’s total credit balance.

9A.7 Misuse and verification
We reserve the right to verify identity and Account ownership and to refuse, reverse, suspend, or cancel the use of store credit where misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

9A.8 Changes to store credit rules
Store credit rules may be updated from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the date of publication and do not affect Orders already accepted.

Definitions & Interpretation

“THE LITTLE CAPSULE CO”, “we”, “our”, “us” means THE LITTLE CAPSULE CO. PTY LTD (ABN 51 758 106 643) and its representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and independent contractors.
