TLCco Instagram Story Sale – Terms & Conditions

By claiming an item via Instagram story sale, you agree to the following terms:

• First to claim + first to complete payment secures the item. Commenting “mine”, “sold” or sending a DM does not guarantee purchase until payment is received.

• Payment must be completed within 12 hours of invoice being sent unless otherwise agreed by TLCco. Unpaid invoices may be cancelled and items returned to sale without notice.

• Due to the fast-paced nature of story sales, all sales are final. Please choose carefully. No holds, refunds or change-of-mind cancellations.

• Shipping is available within Australia only and must be sent to a valid residential address. We are unable to ship to parcel lockers, freight forwarding services, hotels or temporary accommodation addresses for story sale purchases.

• Free standard shipping applies to all story sale purchases unless otherwise stated. Any optional upgraded shipping services selected at checkout are non-refundable.

• Once parcels are lodged with the carrier, TLCco is not responsible for postal delays, loss or damage caused in transit.

• Story sale items may include gently worn, sample, rescue, deadstock or imperfect items. Any major flaws will be disclosed where reasonably possible, however minor signs of wear consistent with preloved shopping may be present.

• Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screens and story compression.

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected reselling, fraudulent activity or repeated non-payment.

• Accounts with repeated unpaid invoices or failure to respond may be excluded from future story sales.

• TLCco does not offer combined shipping with Canberra in-store stock, holds between drops, or transfers between our Canberra and Brisbane locations unless explicitly stated.

• By purchasing from a story sale, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
