How To Use

Turn on: hold the flower button for 2 seconds. Tap to cycle through vibration modes.
Activate heat: hold heat button for 2 seconds. Tap to adjust heat level (takes about 3 minutes to fully warm).
Heat levels: 38°C / 41°C / 45°C
In your bra: place massager petals-down to stimulate letdown. Move every 15 minutes.
While feeding: glide petals in a scooping motion from outer breast toward nipple.
For clogged ducts: massage in circular motions around the duct for 5-minute intervals, alternating with cold therapy.
