About Our Rescues
We call these pieces Rescues — not new with tags — because they've been lovingly saved from cupboards and closets — often unworn gifts or moments of little ones growing too soon or skipping a size — you know the story! They are just waiting for their moment to shine. 🌱
Each Rescue is unworn, though may have spent time in storage or been part of a brand's deadstock or seconds range. That means the occasional tiny imperfection, light storage mark or packaging quirk may appear — nothing that affects how beautiful or wearable it is.
Please note: images form part of the product description and condition disclosure. They show the exact item you're purchasing — so please review them carefully before checking out.
About Our Gently Worn Pieces
Our Gently Worn range features preloved pieces that have already lived a little life — and are ready to be loved again. ♻
Each item is hand-checked, graded and photographed by our team. Images form part of the product description and show the item's exact condition, including any light, age-appropriate signs of wear such as soft wash fade, gentle pilling or minor fabric variation.
These natural signs of use are part of their story — and part of what makes circular fashion so special. Items in this range are sold as-is, and minor wear consistent with grading is not considered a fault under our Returns Policy.
About Hygiene-Sensitive Items
Some items — like shoes and swimwear — fall into our hygiene-sensitive category.
For safety and hygiene reasons, these pieces are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, sizing, or fit.
Each item is carefully inspected and photographed by our team, and images form part of the product description, showing the exact item you'll receive. Please review all photos and notes before purchasing, as we're unable to accept returns once these items leave our hands.
