We’re back, baby 💚
And January at TLCco is giving big “fresh start” energy.
If you’ve been holding onto bags of beautiful pieces waiting for appraisals to reopen - this is your moment. We’re officially accepting submissions again, and for January we’re keeping it simple:
✅ All seasons
✅ All sizes
✅ All genders
From tiny newborn bits to bigger kid goodness (up to size 12 yers) - if it’s TLCco-worthy, we want to see it.
Because every piece you bring in has a story stitched into it - and we’re here to help it live its next chapter.
January Intake - What We’re Accepting
🌈 Sizes
We’re accepting all sizes this month across our normal TLCco range, including:
-
Babywear + toddler
-
Kidswear (bigger sizes included - up to size 12 years!)
-
Everything in between
If it fits kids and it fits the TLCco vibe, bring it in.
☀️❄️ All Seasons Welcome
This is a big one - we are accepting every season in January, including:
-
Summer pieces (hello, instant rack refresh)
-
Winter knits and layers
-
In-between staples like long sleeves, leggings and tees
We’re not being picky with seasons right now because our community shops year-round - and we always want the best mix on the racks.
💛 All Genders
We accept all genders, all styles, all colours, all vibes.
-
Boys basics
-
Girls staples
-
Neutral capsule pieces
-
Bold prints, fun sets, statement outfits
If it’s excellent quality and in excellent condition, it belongs here.
The TLCco Standard (AKA - What Makes Something “Acceptable”)
We’re all about circular fashion - but we’re also about keeping TLCco a place where everything on the rack feels like a win.
So here’s what we’re looking for:
✅ We love pieces that are:
-
Excellent condition (aka gently worn)
-
Clean and ready to shop
-
No stains, holes, heavy wash wear or strong odours
-
High-quality brands + styles that hold their value
-
Things you’d be proud to pass on to a friend
❌ We can’t accept:
-
Items with visible stains, holes, broken zips or missing buttons
-
Heavily worn basics that are past their best
-
Anything that needs repairing or “maybe someone could fix it”
-
Items that are unwashed or not in appraisal-ready condition
- Fast fashion aka Kmart, Shein, Best & Less or similar
(We say this lovingly - because sorting and disposing costs TLCco real time and money, and we want to keep our energy for the good stuff 💚)
A Quick Note on Volume (Keep It Fair For Everyone)
We LOVE a big clear-out… but we also want to keep the process fair and manageable.
If you’re bringing in a larger drop, we recommend keeping it tidy, sorted and within a reasonable amount so we can assess everything properly and quickly.
We ask a maximum of 50 pieces per drop per week. If you have a larger drop, we ask that you email in advance, and we can make arrangements.
A good rule of thumb: quality > quantity every single time.
Why We’re So Excited for January Drops
Because this is where the magic starts.
Every bag that comes through the doors becomes:
-
Fresh stock on the racks
-
Affordable pieces for another family
-
Less waste in landfill
-
More “I had this as a baby!” moments
-
More stories stitched into our community
This is the circular mission in action - and we’re so glad you’re part of it.
Ready to Drop Off?
If you’ve got pieces ready to rehome, we can’t wait to see them.
Bring your items in-store during our open hours and we’ll take it from there 💚
