At TLCco, we believe in giving every piece a second life. By contributing your gently worn children's clothing, shoes, bags, hats, accessories, and sealed nappies, you’re not just decluttering – you’re making a meaningful impact on families and the environment.

How to Contribute

Got a stash of outgrown items? Here’s how you can join the TLCco community and make a difference:

  • Start by downloading our Clothing & Shoe Appraisal Form. This form will guide you in preparing your items for contribution

    • Steam Dream: Give your clothes a spa day with a steam or iron – neat and tidy pieces always stand out!

    • Spotless Wonder: Be a stain detective and eliminate any marks or peg dents.

    • Knit Whisperer: De-pill those knits with a nifty gadget for a smooth, fresh look.

    • Tag Houdini: Make those iron-on name tags vanish for a clean slate.

    • White Wizardry: Soak your whites until they sparkle like unicorns under a full moon!

    The better your pieces look, the higher your offer!

  • Once your items are ready and your form is complete, bring them to our store. We accept a variety of popular and boutique brands. See the brands we accept here.

  • Our team carefully appraises your items and develops a detailed list of the items we wish to accept and the offered price. While we aim to complete this process as quickly as possible, please allow at least one week. Once completed, we will contact you with the details of the offer amount.

  • If you choose to proceed with some or all of the offer, we will organise payment with you in either the form of store credit or cash. Items not included in the final offer are then carefully packaged for you to pick up or can be donated on your behalf to our charity partner.

Why Contribute?

By contributing to TLCco, you’re supporting a community built on love, support, and sustainable practices. Your contributions help fund our Mamma Mingle groups and support research that makes pregnancy and birth safer for mothers and babies. Together, we’re making a difference, one outfit at a time.

  • We accept most boutique, Instagram and loved Aussie brands. If you’re in doubt shoot us a DM on social media or check out our extensive brands list.

  • Gift vouches and store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Absolutely! Have fun shopping.

  • We do accept luxury fashion items such as Gucci, Fendi, Burberry and Chloe, however we do require provenance of the item(s) in the form of receipt of purchase or certificate of authenticity.

  • Appraisals and offers generally take one week.

  • We will send an email to the address you nominated on your submission form. This will contain the detailed offer amount. Our team will also send you a text message to let you know your offer has been sent.

  • Items are assessed for wear condition, season, size and brand.

  • Offer prices and in-store retail prices are final and non negotiable.

  • We are a social enterprise focused on families helping families no matter their journey to parenthood.

  • We are not a charity, we are a children’s boutique, social enterprise and circular economy. Through the store we support multiple charities and community groups.

  • Items in the TLC store are for puchase only and cannot be rented.
